2025 Impact Report: A shared purpose for the future

Collaboration made it possible for our communities to move forward in the face of the challenges of 2025. At the Liberty Foundation, we join forces with nonprofit organizations so that children, youth, and adults can continue receiving the essential services they need throughout the year to achieve their full development.

These services include tutoring programs and scholarships that place education as the foundation of both personal and collective progress. They also provide a safe home for gender-based violence survivors or for children who do not have a biological family that cares for, protects, and loves them. Moreover, they integrate the arts to develop the character and talents of children and young people. They also promote environmental protection, safeguarding the present and future well-being of all generations.

Alongside us in this mission, we highlight the generous and ongoing support of numerous companies committed to the socioeconomic development of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, especially Liberty Puerto Rico and Liberty Latin America. Thanks to all our partners, the social investment made over the past three decades has already surpassed $8.3 million, creating a multiplying effect through the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs supported by these organizations.

We are also joined on this journey by Liberty colleagues, who consistently demonstrate their generosity by donating resources, talents, and time to embrace those who need it most and to play an active role in the positive change we all want for our islands. Because it is not just about contributing money but giving from the heart.

Every shared action during the past year, highlighted in this Impact Report, strengthened our communities and our people, demonstrating that together we can achieve great things. This is the path to overcoming new challenges and building a future full of growth for everyone.

Informe de Impacto Comunitario 2025: Unidad de propósito hacia el futuro

La colaboración hizo posible que nuestras comunidades salieran adelante frente a los desafíos del 2025. En la Fundación Liberty, unimos esfuerzos con organizaciones sin fines de lucro para que niños, jóvenes y adultos continuaran recibiendo los servicios necesarios durante todo el año para lograr su desarrollo pleno.

Estos servicios incluyen programas de tutorías y becas que ponen la educación como la base del progreso personal y colectivo. También proporcionan un hogar seguro para sobrevivientes de violencia de género o para niños y niñas que no cuentan con una familia biológica que vele por ellos, los cuide y los ame. Además, integran el arte como medio para desarrollar el carácter y el talento de niños y jóvenes. Y hacen posible el cuidado del medioambiente para salvaguardar el bienestar presente y futuro de todas las generaciones.

Junto a nosotros en esta misión, destacamos el apoyo generoso y continuo de muchas empresas comprometidas con el desarrollo socioeconómico de Puerto Rico y las Islas Vírgenes Estadounidenses, en especial a Liberty Puerto Rico y Liberty Latin America. Gracias a todos nuestros colaboradores, la inversión social realizada por las pasadas tres décadas supera ya los $8.3 millones, que tienen un efecto multiplicador por la eficiencia y efectividad de los programas de las entidades que apoyamos.

Nos acompañan también en este camino los colegas de Liberty que demuestran su generosidad constantemente donando recursos, talentos y tiempo para abrazar a quienes más lo necesitan y ser parte esencial del cambio positivo que todos queremos para nuestras islas. Porque no solo se trata de aportar dinero, sino de dar de corazón.

Cada acción compartida durante el pasado año y reseñada en este Informe de Impacto Comunitario fortaleció a nuestras comunidades, a nuestra gente, demostrando que juntos podemos lograr grandes cosas. Esta es la ruta para superar nuevos retos y construir un futuro lleno de crecimiento para todos y todas.
