Established in July 2017, Liberty Foundation is a nonprofit organization registered in Puerto Rico and the United States that serves as Liberty Puerto Rico's corporate social responsibility arm. Liberty Foundation is a tax exempt nonprofit organization under Section 1101.01 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code and Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
